Building Toxicity Databases
Constructing high quality proprietary databases that can be easily combined with the FDA data, using ToxML.
ToxML is a system and application independent toxicity database standards and controlled vocabulary developed for toxicology information. This standardized vocabulary enables the integration of multiple diverse toxicity databases. For example, a company's proprietary toxicity data can be integrated with the FDA toxicity databases, to create a valuable knowledge base of toxicology information. Leadscope can provide the necessary services for converting historical as well as on-going toxicology data, such as from CRO reports, into the ToxML database standard.
Building Prediction Models
Services for preparing public and proprietary datasets and generating models.
The process of building toxicology-predictive models is particularly challenging. Leadscope can provide the necessary services to generate these models including:
accessing and integrating the data,
dissecting the data based on structural, response and mechanistic understanding,
selection of the descriptors and approach to building the models
LIST Consortium
Early access program to predictive methodologies and toxicity database technologies through the Leadscope In Silico toxicology (LIST) consortium
The LIST consortium is made up of pharmaceutical, chemical and consumer products companies as well as international regulatory agencies. The group is working together with Leadscope to create a chem-tox platform for prediction of chemically-induced toxicity. The consortium members are provided early access to a variety of toxicity database-related technologies as well as the prediction model builder software.
