Includes 121 drugs and drug products filed in New
Drug Application (NDA) reviews containing studies for
1 year, 6 months and 3 months.
Test system includes rats, mice, dogs, and monkeys
with mostly oral and inhalation exposures (587 tests).
The compounds are stratified across carcinogenic and
genotoxic potentials: ~ 50% non-genotoxic
carcinogens.
Toxicity information extracted from pharmacological
reviews in NDA and include the following results:
