About ToxML

ToxML is an XML database standard based on toxicity controlled vocabulary for use in database standardization. The ToxML language along with databases will be developed in the following areas:

• genetic toxicity
• carcinogenicity
• chronic toxicity
• sub-chronic toxicity
• reproductive and developmental toxicity
• clinical effects
• skin sensitization
• environmental fate and toxicity
